Stylized Family Portraits | The Foard Family

For the past three years, I have captured this beautiful family behind my lens. I've watched "little Harry" become "big boy Harry". And I still giggle at Steffie and Rick's cuteness.

Every year Stef has something new and exciting for me to photograph. She should, in all honesty, be my stylist for photo sessions haha. No, seriously, she's amazing. They challenge me in (good!) new and amazing ways, and broaden my horizon each and every time I photograph them. What they don't realize is how much they are teaching me at their sessions :)

I recently photographed the Foard family and my heart slightly jumped with joy when I saw the theme that Stef had set up for us! Unfortunately, we were trying to beat a horrible thunder storm as it lightening in the distance.

Here was the beautiful set up:

Harry was a wonderful trooper, as always. I love his spunk!

His little bow tie, too much!! So cute.

Every year the Foard family goes for "that one photo"...and this year it was American Gothic. Perfect!

Steffie specifically asked for this photo, and I just love it!

I love primitive props!

Sal got in some pictures too -- she's such a good girl. 

There's a story behind this one. Well, either way, she said yes HA! ;)

Rick and Stef...thank you SO much for choosing me, once again, to capture your family. I wish the sun could have come out for your session (or after!! :( ), but I hope that you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!!
