{Sneak Peek} Jesse, Jeet + Gisele's Fall and Christmas Mini's!

Christmas Mini Sessions were in full swing this year, and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of the beautiful couple that allowed us to use their Christmas Tree Farm for that weekend. We had lots of fun, and I really enjoyed capturing everyone's Christmas joy!

This little family, I just adore them. They wanted to do their Fall and Christmas mini's this year, but we had to reschedule their fall mini for the same day as their Christmas mini. They were complete and total troopers, especially Gisele. She did so good, and that big smile on her face proves it!

It's hard to believe that Fall is almost here, and let's not even mention the big fat "C" word.....Christmas! I still have some wiggle room if you're looking to capture those fall colors for your Christmas cards -- please click here for more information on the Fall Mini Sessions that are still available. However, many of you have been waiting for the Christmas Mini's this year....because you're just as excited as I am -- yay! This year I have enlisted my husbands help. That's right, we're going all out this year. (see inspiration photos below to help you plan your session!)

I looked over my schedule for the next few months and was quite surprised to see that with personal life and professional life, I don't have too many more weekends open for photo sessions.
If you would like to schedule a 2014 session, please let me know asap. If you are an Easter Mini Client and one of these sessions seems of more interest to you, please let me know asap as your deposit can be moved to that date -- however, deposit is non-refundable. If it is not for a mini but a full session, additional deposit is required.
A $35 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN BOOKING ANY OF THESE SESSIONS!! Obviously some of the details need to be ironed out, but once you commit, that deposit is due by paypal immediately. MAY Mother's Day & Generational 1 Hour Session -- $175. Includes 25+ digital photos on a flash drive and complete printing rights.
JUNE Father's Day & Generational 1 Hour Session -- $175. Includes 25+ digital photos on a flash drive and complete printing rights.
Vintage Americana Campout Mini's {WILL BOOK QUICKLY!}-- $115. 30 minute session, 10 digital images by instant download or $150 for 45 minute session and 20 images by instant download (flash drives available for additional cost, please inquire when booking). I am really looking forward to these sessions, simply because I cannot WAIT to take photos of my own little guy ;) This will be a themed session with hand made "teepee"/tent, very rustic and vintage. Little lanterns, quilts, blankets, books, crates, etc, in the middle of a deserted field. I do not have many of these available in June as they will all be early sunset/evening sessions, so please book these quickly if interested now.

The Hoffman Family {Christmas Mini Session Sneak Peek}

First of all, I totally get to pick on these two because they are family. So, now that THAT is out of the way ;) ...

I've been wanting to photograph this family, altogether, for some time now, so when Brittney asked me to take their pictures this year, I was thrilled. And I have to admit, it was extremely hard for me not to ask Ryan to lean up against the barn with his head and hat tilted down like the Marlboro man. I'm sorry, it's just the artist in me....

I'm pretty sure Ryan and Brittney probably haven't had a professional photo taken of just the two of them since their wedding. So, forget the kids, these two were my main goal. hahah, totally just kidding...or am I? I was so happy to get a few photos of the two of them as well as family ones.

Last but certainly not least, I love this kid to pieces. She should have been my child, because I'm pretty sure we would get into a lot of trouble together... hahaha ;)

Christmas Mini | Michelle + Grace

I first met Michelle.....get this....in third grade. No she wasn't a student ;) She was my amazing third grade teacher. She is one of a handful of teachers that not only taught me the important things like reading, math, etc. etc., she taught me morals, she taught me kindness, and she had a guinea pig in her classroom which was a huge bonus :D

Michelle wanted to get some photos done of her and her beautiful daughter Grace as a Christmas present for her husband. I was delighted that she chose me to take them for her! It was so good to see Michelle again, and not be a student!! And Grace was just FULL of wonderful idea's for her session with her mom.

Family Session | Steve, Carina, Ashton + Owen

I'm delighted to blog about this beautiful family, why? Because they are MY family :)

In the photos below you'll see a tasting of a recent family session I did with my sister and her little family. I love them to pieces, especially those adorable little boy faces!

Carina is the owner of Snickerdoodles Bakery, and mmm mm mmm is she an amazing baker. She also recently started her own "Snickerdoodles Boutique", which is all things 'hand made'!! Her hubby Steve works for the local online newspaper, Fauquier Now, and I'm just so tickled that he came into her life when he did :) He is a wonderful father and amazing example to both of my nephews!

Christmas Mini | Natalie + her girls!

I met up with Natalie and her beautiful daughters a few weekends ago for their Christmas mini session.
I think I fell in love with every single one of the photos! It was one of my hardest sessions to edit, because I wanted to give her all of them!! 

These girls are just so pretty. I think I even said to a friend of mine, "I feel like I photographed models!" ;)  

And these two sisters, they are just so precious <3
