Fall Mini Session | The Hoffman Family

Fall mini sessions are in full swing! But it's especially wonderful when I get to photograph family  members. The Hoffman family kicked off my Fall season for me this year! Here are a few of my favorites from their session...

hello september

It's hard to believe that September is already here. As I drive down my back country road, I notice some peaks of red and yellow on the trees. Just a hint, but they are there at times. We recently purchased a year long pass to Shenandoah National Park, which is only about 15 minutes from us. I foresee a lot of hiking and Fall photo taking in our future. I can't wait.

There are a lot of other things coming up as well -- Fall photo sessions will be in full swing soon. I am once again offering mini sessions, details will be listed below. And I'm quick at work trying to figure out a set-up for our Christmas mini sessions. I'm not sure if I want to go with the Christmas tree farm again this year, or if I just want to do a cut little set-up. Either way, I'll be offering them again this year as well. Again, details will be listed below.

{Fall Mini Sessions} The Entire Month of October!

It's time to start thinking about those Fall family photo sessions!

Now is the perfect time to book your fall mini session for the month of October, during peak leaf season.

Cost is $125 for a 20-30 minute session | 10+ digital images through instant download | complete printing rights | and only in the Fauquier/Culpeper/Rappahannock area.

Popular locations this year are Crockett Park, Culpeper Feed (beside the depot, best on Sundays when they are closed), Private Remington Farm, Private Castleton Farm....and so many more!

These photos are great for Christmas cards, Christmas gifts, or just to add that spark of color to your wall...especially to get you through the winter months!

This year, as with years past, I have once again decided to offer these mini sessions for the entire month of October. I had thought about doing them on just particular days, but I love my clients way too much for that. Each and every one of you has a busy schedule, just like me, so I wanted to offer the entire month so that we could work around your schedule, and the weather, of course.

Please contact me ASAP if you are interested in a Fall Mini Session for the month of October. These will not last long, as seen in previous years when I had to turn people away :( I will try my hardest NOT to turn anyone away this year!

Please contact me at amy.fewell@gmail.com, 540.827.8285 or on facebook. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hrs through email or phone contact, please try facebook. Unfortunately, technology can be silly at times, and I have horrible cell service at home.

Family Session | The Bovee Family

I love it when I take photos of a family and then have several families book sessions after the first family, and somehow they are all connected :)

That was exactly the case with the beautiful Bovee Family!

They decided to do their session at the train depot in Warrenton over the weekend. That train depot is popular this year! In fact, my little family will have our Christmas photos taken there are well ;)

Owen and Andrew were just simply adorable, SO well behaved. I was just so proud of them and they aren't even my children :)

Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Thank you guys so much for allowing me to photograph your beautiful family.
I hope you enjoy the photos!!

The Hoffman Family

Last weekend I had the opportunity to take family photo's for a beautiful family in Culpeper -- The Hoffman family.  Actually,  there were Hoffmans, Browns and Walters! :)
They made it incredibly easy to photograph them -- though the sun was a little less cooperative!  Here are a few photo's from their session.

Thanks so much for letting me photograph you guys!!

Bridgette+Jeff: Engaged!

Yesterday I had the chance to do a photo engagement session for one of my best friends and her soon to be husband!  I'll admit, I was quite nervous at first, but the more we all got into it, the more relaxed I became!  And I think it showed in the photo's along the way.  They were, after all, my first 'real people' photo session ha!
We started out at the old Waterloo Bridge in Amissville and then ended up in a little piece of heaven called my in-laws back yard!  Who knew there would be such a beautiful setting so close to home!

Here are a few shots from yesterday's session. I warn you, it's VERY picture heavy...simply because it's my first session and because well, I just love these guys :D
Enjoy!
